Exciting times, a great place to work, fantastic people and wonderful prospects. With no limits and no boundaries to where Vivate are heading, we’re not offering jobs…we are offering careers.
1
We’re all about professionalism, openness, honesty and long term relationships with a “non arrogant” sales and service culture. You’ll be surrounded by a like-minded, supportive team – some of the nicest people in the business. Driven, determined professionals who believe in a work hard, play hard philosophy.
2
Whilst we’re big enough to deliver, we’re small enough to care. We put our people first. Vivate is inclusive, with each member of the team guiding our business. Your opinions, ideas and input not only matter – they will shape your future and ours.
3
If we had a mission statement it would be “to love coming to work”. Life‘s short and work can be long so the environment needs to be A1. We’re proud of what we do, we enjoy what we do and we have a real laugh doing it.
4
Our Southampton office is in the very stylish Ocean Village Marina – 5 minutes from “shop ‘til you drop” West Quay, 10 minutes from Central Station and surrounded by too many bars, eateries, gyms and other good stuff to list. Our Birmingham HQ are at the iconic Fort Dunlop building where perks include the roof terrace (summer BBQ anyone?), on-site gym, shopping on your doorstep and impressive on-site restaurants. If you fancy something more European, we also have offices in Germany and Czech Republic.
5
We offer the whole team paid volunteering days. As high earners, we’re in a very privileged position. A little effort from us can make a big difference to others so setting up and supporting projects for charities close to our heart is a no brainer. We’d love you to participate in the team and individual events and bring your own ideas with you. Tough Mudder and the Fort Dunlop abseil were particular favourites!
